Good evening developers,
Although this is not my social club email address, I wanted to write to you for my ideas (as well as the ideas of many others of which I ride in GTA:Online). As you can probably see from the myriad of crews that you have listed on your site, Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs have a huge following. As a member of three of these (and have been in and out of others) many of us in these crews feel that a MC DLC would be absolutely amazing to have as part of our experience online. This could involve many different things:
Biker Outfits: Jean and Leather Vests, New leather jackts, Face bandanas and different masks for criminal activities (much like John Marston's in the inventory), as well as new accessories to make us feel the part.
New hair and facial hair sets: Long beards, different goatees, and maybe longer hair than what you have now
Prospect Patches and Other patches: I'm not quite sure how this would work, but ways to add to the vests or leather jackes with the crew emblem (even though there is technically a way to do this now), propect patches, hierarchy patches, and other patches to dole out for different reasons such as killing in the name of the crew, fighting in a crew war, etc. etc.
Crew Clubhouse option: Granted, I'm sure most crews have asked you for this. But a nice place to have "church" for the MC. In addition, people could sink they hard earned dollars into the clubhouse to purchase new furniture, bars, staff and rooms, and the upper management of the crew could have the option to devote that money to the specific goals at hand. For instance, the Clan Leader puts a goal of 200k down in the clubhouse for a bar in the clubhouse, and we continue to put money into it until we reach that goal. Another added feature could be timed goals, where once you set that goal of 200k, you have 7 days to reach that goal, otherwise any money sunk into the clubhouse is lost. This could also be expanded to other types of crews as well, and have different locations throughout the world that are representative for what that crew is all about.
Activities: Playing cards, singing karaoke (this would just be quite funny I'm sure), drinking contests and the such at the crew clubhouse would build camaraderie.
More bikes: GTA IV:TLAD opened new bikes that many of us have talked about wanting to see back, or even just new crusing bikes. Nearly all of us have gained the ownership of a Bagger, Daemon, and Hexer, but some new additions would be very welcome.
Expanded Garage space: I can understand how ridiculous it would be to allow people to buy every property in Los Santos, but perhaps we can own a garage or two in addition to our property, so that we don't have to give up or stop hunting for many of the autos and bikes we really want. As I mentioned before, the 3 bikes are in my garage, but it would be nice to add an assortment of muscle cars and pickup trucks as well.
Closed Expanded Server: Ok, this may be a bit of a stretch. But as a way to get members to meet for meetings, the option to have a server where all members of a crew could meet together in one place would be nice. Perhaps, this could be blended with the clubhouse option as a different server? You walk into the clubhouse and you enter a server devoted only to that small clubhouse world. It can support more people, but only in that specific clubhouse, not in the open world. Sort of like entering buildings on GTA: San Andreas.
Alliances and Enemies: It would be nice for crews to be able to develop alliances with other crews, and to declare enemies, and have a place for these to be documented on the crew page. Then, in the world map, the circle of an enemy would be filled in red, and of an ally filled in green.
That's it for now. Now to talk money. If the clubhouse thing is not feasible, and the rest could be included, I could easily see myself paying 10 US dollars for such a pack. If the closed server clubhouse would be possible, I could see, possibly 20 US dollars, because I think that would be such a major addition to the fun of a crew, but I also know that to support those extra servers the extra money would be needed.
I'm sure if I think of anything more I'll send it your way.
GTA:Online has been such a great experience to date, and I hope you guys keep up the amazing work. The above is in no way critical of what you guys have done, because I truly feel you have opened up a whole new world of gaming with this innovation in GTAV. It would all be just a amazing addition to a great job already. I understand you probably get these emails from OG, Mafia and other types of gangs, but I had to finally put all these great ideas into email. Thanks so much for reading what I had to say, and I hope someday soon we will truly see a MC pack for GTA:Online!
